RETURNS, REFUND & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
At Harveys we want our Customers to be happy with the products they purchase and to enjoy them at the best quality possible. Sometimes this may not be the case so if you have changed your mind about a purchase, are dissatisfied with a product, or need help please either call us on 02380844644 or email harveys.hythe@gmail.com as soon as convenient.

For a refund or return you must contact Harveys of Hythe within 24 hours of any problem with your collected/ delivered order. Do not return the goods to us – Harveys will organise the return of the goods so they can be inspected. Once inspected we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns of perishable items (such as cheese, cakes etc.) are normally only accepted if the goods are found to be damaged during delivery to you. If Harveys of Hythe accepts the return, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel an order you have made, please contact Harveys of Hythe immediately. It may not be possible to accept cancellation of orders for perishable items because cutting & packing starts as soon as the order is received. If Harveys of Hythe accepts the cancellation of your order, and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
